SAVARD staffing Services is a Louisiana corporation and established its first location in Baton Rouge, LA in 1998. Initially, SAVARD primarily catered to land based construction staffing and quickly became a local leader in temporary personnel services. SAVARD operates outside the box and has become an industry innovator in developing cost effective strategies for employers to reduce labor costs and increase efficiency.
SAVARD approaches safety with a no nonsense attitude that allows for sustained reduction in loss time accidents and cost saving. SAVARD developed new and exciting methods of monitoring worker activities to minimize injury losses. SAVARD routinely operates with E-Modification factors under 1 as we strive for safety excellence. In 2001, our excellent safety record allowed SAVARD to expand into the marine industry. SAVARD Marine Services was born and high demand quickly allowed for expansion into new markets. Our Lafayette branch opened in 2002, New Orleans in 2004, Beaumont in 2006, and Gonzales in 2012. SAVARD also routinely works in states around the country and recruits personnel internationally.
